Deposit & Payments

slotkaya accepts a wide range of payment methods including FPX (online banking for all major Malaysian banks), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost, as well as direct bank transfers. All payment methods are processed through a secure, encrypted integrated payment gateway.

Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically credited instantly or within 5 minutes. Direct bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not been credited after 1 hour, please contact our support team with proof of payment.

The minimum deposit is RM 30, while the maximum limit depends on your chosen payment method. For FPX, the daily limit is up to RM 30,000 subject to the limit set by your bank. For e-wallets, the daily limit follows the limit set by each respective e-wallet provider.

slotkaya does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply a small transaction fee under their own terms. We recommend checking with your financial service provider beforehand.

Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours for requests submitted during operating hours (9 AM–11 PM). Requests made outside these hours will be processed the following day. Withdrawals to e-wallets are generally faster than direct bank transfers.

To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed full KYC verification, your payment method must be verified, and any bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) must have been fulfilled. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. The recipient name on the transfer must match the name on your slotkaya account.

A withdrawal request may be rejected if: KYC verification is incomplete, your bank account details do not match your registered username, bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or suspicious activity has been detected on your account. Check your email for details, or contact our support team for a full explanation.

Withdrawal requests still in "Pending" status can be cancelled via your account dashboard. However, requests already in "Processing" status cannot be cancelled. If you need assistance, contact our support team as soon as possible before processing is complete.

Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Yes. If you do not wish to receive a particular bonus, you may contact our support team to cancel it before any bets are placed using that bonus. Once a bonus has been used in gameplay, it can no longer be cancelled. We recommend reading each bonus's terms carefully before accepting it.
